Joe Ryan

I am a learning and organizational development professional and certified change and leadership coach with over 18 years of experience. My professional experience includes management and consulting work in manufacturing, software, sales, quality control, and nonprofit organizations. I held positions at Smith and Nephew Endoscopy, 3Com, Bose Corporation, and the Employers Association of the NorthEast.

My areas of focus and expertise are individual and group coaching, workforce development, seminar and workshop facilitation, change management, leadership development, workplace harassment and discrimination prevention, team building, business writing, critical thinking & decision-making, and public speaking. I am a certified facilitator in both the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the DiSC Assessment.

I earned a BA in History from Amherst College, an MS in Training and Development from Lesley College, a Professional Coaching Certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership Certificate. I am a qualified instructor for the Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination.

My professional affiliations include membership at the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development, the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce, the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, the International Coach Federation, and the Veteran Business Owners Association. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
